Which panel should I pick?
Intro is a solid baseline for anyone. Comprehensive is the right starting point for most members. Optimal adds advanced cardiovascular, hormone and micronutrient markers. Thinking about testosterone or HRT? Use the starter panel on that program’s page.
Do I need to fast?
For the most accurate glucose, insulin and lipid readings, plan a morning draw after an overnight fast unless your provider tells you otherwise.
